College Scholarship Opportunities:
QuestBridge College Prep Scholarship
QuestBridge’s College Prep Scholarship provides opportunities designed to help outstanding low-income high school juniors prepare to apply to top colleges. More than 2,000 students will be selected as College Prep Scholars and will receive one or more awards that will make them stronger applicants to selective colleges.
Scholarship awards can include:
- Full scholarships to summer programs at Brandeis, Emory, Harvard, Notre Dame, Penn, Stanford, and Yale
- Individualized college admissions counseling by QuestBridge staff or Quest college students
- Invitations to the QuestBridge College Admissions Conferences at Northwestern, Yale, and Stanford
- All-expense-paid visits to college campuses
- College application advice from college students via telementoring
- Opportunities to win a Quest for Excellence Award, such as the Fein Fellows Award, Native American Award, and many others

The Talent Search Program offers advisement and resources in college awareness, the college search, financial aid and applications, and transitioning from high school to college.

College S.T.E.P.S. (Success through Education, Preparation and Service) is a free college access resource center available to Cypress Hills neighborhood residents who are interested in attending college.
